Why It Matters:
#FreshStartFeb turned each employee into an advocate for better living and working. At a time of change and integration, we created a campaign that unified global teams, improved morale, and strengthened Glispa’s employer brand, proving that thoughtful internal work has external value.
You know how those pesky New Year’s resolution never seem to stick? Well, what if you were given a reset button? Enter #FreshStartFeb, a global initiative I created in all nine of Glispa and Mobfox’s offices.
With Glispa’s acquisition of Mobfox, 70+ people joined the company, many of which were in cities without existing offices. In an effort to not only connect all the teams, but to cement in the company’s support of a healthy and balanced life, I developed the idea around a month dedicated to health and wellness. We wanted to give everyone an opportunity to recommit to themselves while also creating a collective experience.
Since each office had different HR teams, policies, sizes and cultural mixes - I built programming plans that made sense for each. I was tasked with designing and launching a campaign that:
Connected employees across nine global offices
Strengthened the internal brand during a time of major change
Boosted Glispa's visibility as a wellness-focused employer
All with next to zero additional programming budget
In every office, a Marie-Kondo inspired clean up took place the first day of the month, giving everyone an opportunity to really have clean slate (and desk)!
In addition to having events that every office took part in, each office also had their individualised programming that was more relevant and/or significant to their office. For example: in Athens they went on a hike!
The campaign also did amazing on social! It helped showcase the company’s values and personality - making for a great employer branding initiative (press “play” on the right to see some of the stories from the month!).
I worked with our designer to create “The Health Book”, a campaign that featured one person from each office, showcasing the ways they stay healthy. It was a great way for people to get to know their fellow colleagues!

RESULTS
+33% increase in social media engagement during the month
Uptick in qualified job applicants tied to improved brand perception
Increased employee satisfaction, based on internal surveys and manager feedback
Positive feedback from all nine offices, reporting stronger cross-team connection and improved morale
All executed without additional budget for employee programming or external campaigns
